fRiEnDs

We love having such great friends!!! We have been lucky enough to stay in touch by doing a dinner each month with all these fine people and the Brown's (Randy was the only one there that night, so he didn't want to get in the picture without Michelle and Riley). It is so fun, and helps us all keep in touch since before we started this, we hardly saw each other ever! Thanks guys for making this happen and being so great! :o)
In order of left to right while going top to bottom.....Waite's (Kami, Cathan, & Ryan), Baham's (Ethan & Steph, Jaden was home that night), Oliverson's (Tanelle & Ben, and baby girl!), and Hatch's (Ryan, Jaycee, & Me, and baby girl).
This one was for Elder Aaron Halls! We miss him! ;)

Easter Sunday!

We were able to go to Uncle Gary's for Easter with the Naylor's, and to watch the last session of conference, which was hard to hear or see the whole thing, but got parts of it, at least. It was lots of fun! The kids did their Easter Egg hunt first and then hit the pinata. After they were done, us older children went to get eggs and prizes! It was fun! A little cold outside, but not too bad for what it could've been. After that, we ate and watched conference and visited for a while until my whole family left to go visit Grandma and Grandpa Whicker together. It was a great day for Easter and for family fun! Thank you all who helped make it such a great day!
The boys ready to go hunting! Aubs is ready too!
Jaycee gets so excited to find Easter eggs, too!
Jackson was as ready as he'll ever be at this age!
Sierra's all grins!
Kayani's ready, too in her "pwetty dress!"
They're all ready to go find their eggs!
Picking up her eggs! Jaycee got lots and was ready to eat them all right away!
Going through them with daddy!
Uncle Gary & Aunt Lyn with Katie in the background watching the kids hunt.
Jaycee and Talon were all done getting their eggs and they sat right down to start eating their candy while the rest of them finished up. Jeff & Rachel, and Aunt Terry with everyone else on the top level were all watching and cheering them on.
I tried to get them to smile in this one, but Jaycee was too busy chomping on her candy! :)
All the kids finishing up.
Kirra also was excited to eat her candy, once she found out those eggs were full of m&m's! :)
Jackson's first time at the pinata!
Aubree's turn!
Kirra's next in line.
Sierra really enjoyed taking out her anger on this thing! :)
Jaycee didn't mind either, but kept losing the left hand and was only swinging with one.
Kayani's up!
Ethan sure had fun too! The pinata actually moved around for the boys, so they had a little harder time getting it, but still got some hits.
Owen did well until the pinata hit him in the backside and he had to hold it with only one hand while the other hand held his hurt back.
Talon was last for the young kids, it dropped some candy with him and then they let Andrew finish it off so all the kids could run for the candy!
It was a fun day for us all, but especially for the little kids! I love spending days with family we don't get to see too often!

So Many Easter Egg Hunts!

We went to the Syracuse Easter Egg hunt Saturday morning. It was a little windy which made it cold, but other than that, it wasn't so bad. Jaycee and Sierra were the only ones who made it on time to actually get eggs, but the rest of them got there just after the sirens went off so we were still able to get a picture with the Easter bunny with all the kids!Picking up eggs! Whenever Jaycee wears this sweater with the hood up, it reminds me of those big dolls we had when we were little with the pointed hats on. They were somewhat like cabbage patch dolls, only way bigger. But she's still super cute in it!

None of the girls wanted to sit or be near the Easter Bunny, although Jaycee talked about seeing the Easter Bunny all morning. So they just got to be held up by him instead. :)

Later in the day, we went down to Spanish Fork for Grandma Bradford's Easter Egg Hunt. Jaycee was excited all day to go see "Grama Badfood" and "Bwiley" (Ryan's youngest cousin who actually takes the girls into the toy room to play). We got there early because Jaycee was ready for her nap about an hour earlier than planned, so we just left and let her sleep on the drive down. The girls got to hunt for their eggs in the family room and then we had everyone else take turns picking eggs out of a bag then we got our prizes. After that, we ate and then Ryan won the money jar!!! Grandma always has a jar full or coins and everyone writes a guess of how much they think is in it. The closest one without going over wins the change. Ryan was only 5 cents short, so he got it! Yay! It was a fun day! Thanks Grandma for always going to so much work for us to have fun!
Jaycee on the hunt... Found some on the bench.
Both girls finishing up the eggs.
Showing off what they got!
Counting their money and waiting for their numbers to be called to get their prizes! They were so excited about the fun things they got!

Pictures w/ Brooklyn

Grandma wanted pictures of the two girls before the other two girls joined us this year. So she got them matching dresses and made them flowers for their hair, and then we went to Target and they did really well! I really like the way Target does their photos, and would recommend them to anyone willing to go there! Anyway, they all turned out super cute! We were excited how well the girls did, although, of course Jaycee was done toward the end when all we wanted was separate pictures, and she wouldn't cooperate for hers, but what they did get was still pretty cute. Thanks for the captured memories, Diana!
I LOVE this one, even though she's not looking at the camera, it still turned out really pretty, I think. This one was toward the end when they had to get her to play peek-a-boo to try and capture a smile, so that is why her hands are out.
So cute!
They did so good standing just how she told them to!
I love this one!
Such a cute pose, I thought!
Thought this was fun for her room...notice Brooklyn is sugar and Jaycee is spice....total truth to that! :o)
Fun little Easter collage.
This is the one Diana got for her frame, so mine was just a copy Grandpa Hatch had printed out, that's why the coloring is a little funny. But it's still cute.

Coloring Eggs

Grandma wanted the girls over to color Easter eggs, so we went over today and they had lots fun getting dye on their fingers! Notice the tounge...that means she's concentrating or thinking about which color to drop her egg in.
Stiring her eggs in the dye.
Tilted head watching grandma take out one of her eggs. :)
All her colorful eggs, finally done! Jaycee was really impatient waiting for them to dry to get stickers on them, but then once she could put them on, she put like 3 or 4 stickers on maybe 3 eggs and then she was done! She's pretty funny!
Brooklyn showing off her final eggs!
