Happy Halloween!!!!

Jaycee's first Halloween, Yay! She was such a cute little ladybug! We were able to go visit all of her great grandparents, and then to her grandparents to see her cousins. It was a fun, busy night!
Cutest Ladybug!

Just showing off her wrinkles! :) This is what she did every time I put her in the costume, but once she was in it, she was okay.

The Naylor Greats!

The Hatch Greats!

The Whicker Greats!

Here are my Halloween treats! Jaycee was SUCH a nice girl and decided to take a nap for about 2 1/2 hours so I was able to bake everything and almost get it all done before she woke up! I was so grateful about that! Ryan's mom wanted everyone to bring a Halloween treat of some sort to her party, so I saw the mummy cookies in a Halloween recipe book and thought they would be pretty great. Then I saw the spider cupcakes online and thought they were cute, so I decided to make them both! :) It was pretty fun, when you don't have to worry about entertaining a 6 month old at the same time! It was GREAT!!! They turned out pretty good too!

Diana's costume! She tried to scare the girls with this, but they aren't big enough to really care yet. They both just stared at her instead. It was pretty good though!

Brooklyn's costume!

The struggles of trying to get a cute picture of two little girls, who didn't love being in those costumes anyway, let alone taking pictures! :)

Just Jaycee in the cute Halloween set up!

Jaycee was holding the camera and seemed like she was trying to take a picture, so I pushed the button for her, and this is what we got. I thought it was pretty funny!

Playing Halloween Bingo!!!

Guess who Ryan was......Cosmo Kramer from 'Seinfeld.' About 2 or 3 weeks ago, we were going to cut Ryan's hair. So he combed out the gel, and when he did, it got all poofy, I looked at and told him he looked like Kramer. A light bulb turned on in his head when I said that, and he said, "I should be him for Halloween!" So instead of cutting his hair then, he waited another couple of weeks, and really was Kramer! Isn't it perfect?!?! :)

Our little family in our costumes......I was a gypsy, Jaycee a ladybug, and Ryan was Kramer.

The gang and their costumes!

The four cute girls!

All the kids, some in costumes, some not!

Kayani REALLY wanted to touch Jaycee's costume! It was pretty cute!

Overall, we had a wonderful day! It was cloudy all day, but trick or treating was pretty warm...nothing like when I trick or treated as a kid....always having my costume covered by a warm coat and gloves and boots!!! Hope you all had a Happy Halloween too!

Playing with Friends!

So I was able to meet up with my friend, Staci, and her little boy, Dallin, today. It was fun to see them, since we don't get to see each other very often. But the kids are getting closer to the point that they can play a little better together now, so that was fun too! Dallin is 4 months older than Jaycee so he could crawl around, and loved to just stare at Jaycee, it was pretty funny! Here are some pictures of them playing.....they wouldn't look at the camera at the same time. :( Oh well, though, they're still cute! :)

Grumpy Walk

So SOMEBODY was being grumpy all night, so about 6:30 pm we decided to go for a walk to settle little Miss Jaycee down a bit. And surprise, surprise, it worked! As soon as we got outside, she was just fine. It was starting to get dark about then, but we figured it would still be okay. Jaycee was all bundled up, even though it ended up not being as cold as we thought it was going to be. It was nice to get out and enjoy the fresh air, though. I think Jaycee was just beginning to feel cooped up inside, 'cause I know how she was feeling. :)
All bundled up and ready to walk!
Daddy's turn to push.
Loving her walk! Such a CUTIE!!!!
Now it's Mommy's turn!
All done, and back inside the house.....obviously, she was not done with her walk! Notice the red nose, I just thought that was cute too!

Funny Face/Grandpa's Birthday

One of Jaycee's newest faces....
So all the sudden in church Jaycee just started doing this with her lip. So when we got home, Ryan captured it while playing. He took the top one and then five minutes later, after she had made other faces in between, took the bottom one, and it looks pretty much the same. Pretty funny huh? She's just so expressive with her face. She always has been!
Grandpa Naylor turned 77 on October 22nd so we celebrated it today. It was fun to have everyone there. Here is Jaycee with her great grandpa and grandma. Both Jaycee and Grandpa turned away too fast, but oh well.

Reading

We went to visit Grandma and Grandpa Hatch Saturday, and while Grandpa had Ryan busy in the garage, Grandma got one of her books and read to Jaycee. Here are the results.....they're pretty cute!

Just for fun!

Here's our newest family picture. I think it's pretty cute!

I was trying out the timer on the camera, and Jaycee was looking at the camera because the timer was beeping, until right before it actually went off....too bad. It's still cute though.

Just thought her expression was pretty funny!

Lately she's been falling onto her belly a little more often. This time, she had dropped her binky and fell over trying to find it. When she landed, the binky was right at her face, and all she did was open her mouth and got it! She's so lazy sometimes.... ;)
