Bowling

At the Syracuse Easter Egg Hunt, they gave out free games of bowling at the new Sparetime Family Fun Center that just opened up here on our street. So, we went for family night on Monday, April 20th w/ my family and we all had lots of fun! Then we went the following Monday w/ Ryan's family. Here are some of the pictures from the 2 nights.

While bowling, we ran into my best friend in elementary school. She was bowling with her three girls, for the middle ones 4th birthday.

These next two are from the following Monday when we went with Ryan's family. We spent some time in the arcade after bowling and Jaycee sat in the car with Garfield. She didn't quite know what to do with a giant cat sitting next to her, but she didn't mind, at the same time.

Yummy!!!

We were eating Zingers at my mom's today and Jaycee really wanted some, so here is the verdict....

Soooooo messy!

She also loved to look in Aunt Misti's portable mirror. She LOVES looking at herself in the mirror, and moving in such a way that she can see others, who are behind her, in the mirror too! Anyway, she would squat down and look at herself and then walk around for a bit, and then squat back down and look again. It was pretty funny, and I love how she just squats sometimes, so I thought I'd get it on camera.

Happy Easter!

Happy Easter everyone! We were able to go to my Uncle Gary's house and have our big Naylor party. We had dinner, a pinata, Easter egg hunts, prizes, and bowling! It was loads of fun for everyone! Thank you to all my family who does so much for these get together's. I tried to get her to pose all cute in her Easter dress, but this was the best I got! :)Aunt Misti with Kayani & JayceeSierra in her Easter shortsJaycee running around picking up eggs before she was supposed to. She and Kayani and Owen had this problem. But Jaycee picked up one for each hand and then noticed there were many more, and kind of got a worried look on her face as if to say, "Oh no, how am I going to pick all of those up?" It was funny!Kayani stuffing her basket before she was supposed to.Kayani in her cute Easter outfit, showing off her bunny basket that was FULL of eggs. Most of the kids waiting to start hitting the pinata.Sierra was first since she was the youngest there.Jaycee's turn....Ryan's determined to have her whacking at that hard, all by herself next year! :)Now Kayani's up!Now for Lindi's turn.Owen got it pretty good. One piece of candy fell out, and he stopped to pick it up! He's so funny!Sarah got up and hit it pretty good, but she just laughed the whole time! She's so cute.Talon got great hits too! They all had fun I think. The real Easter egg hunt (not the head start she got earlier)! She finally got the hint that it was indeed okay for her to put the eggs in her basket so she could pick up other ones. But she wouldn't just drop them in the basket, she would carefully set them in. It was pretty cute once she figured it out.The five girls born in 2008 and their mommy's!Just cute Jaycee! Finally I got a decent picture of her in her Easter dress, at the end of the day! Isn't she darling?!?! :)

Happy Birthday Brooklyn!

This morning we were able to go to the Syracuse City Easter Egg Hunt. Cody's kids, and Ethan were there too. Kayani and Jaycee went in the same circle, and all three boys went in the same one. It was kind of cold, but still fun. They all sat on the Easter Bunny's lap afterward. I unfortunately had dead batteries in my camera, so I don't have any pictures from anyone else yet, but as soon as I do, I'll update this post. Got this one from Benji...Jaycee did not want to be by the bunny, but Talon still did good holding her up while squirming and screaming! :) Thanks T! I love this picture though, and I'm sure Jaycee will look at it one day and wonder why in the world she looks like that! :)

Also, Brooklyn turned one today! She is getting so big. She can finally walk on her own without being so wobbly you have to worry about her! :) She's so cute. She got lots of toys, and clothes. I think Jaycee thought it was all for her as well, 'cause she kept picking out things to play with soon after they had been opened. It was pretty funny. Once again, no camera, so I'll have to get pictures later. It was a fun day, though!

Coloring Eggs

Diana wanted to the girls to color Easter eggs with her....

Jaycee eating/kissing the eggs.

Dying the eggs

Brooklyn's ready with her bib on.

Brooklyn dropping her eggs in the dye.

The finished product drying off.

Excited her eggs are done. Now she can bang them on the table. (She did that with every egg she got ahold of, you may be able to notice the cracks if you look hard enough).

Yay!

Examining her eggs and putting stickers on them.

"Yeah, I colored these. What's it to ya?"

Easter at Grandma Bradford's

Every year, Ryan's grandma has a fun Easter egg hunt for everyone! We usually do it the Saturday before Easter, but this year it was the weekend before that. Because of the rain we had to do it inside, which meant, no actual hunting, just taking turns picking out of a bag, but it was still fun! We look forward to this one every year. Thanks, Grandma, for putting so much effort into it! Here are some pictures of Jaycee and Brooklyn having their own little hunt.
