Grandpa's 80th!

Grandpa Hatch turned 80 years old yesterday!! Soooooo old! hehehe ;) We went to Ryan's parents for dinner, cake and ice cream to celebrate! Happy Birthday old old Grandpa!!! We love you tons!
I asked Jaycee to go take a picture with Grandpa Hatch and she was hesitant, but then he asked her to help him blow out his candle, so she was okay with jumping up on his lap to do that! :)
Grandpa's cake...Diana found the perfect candle to use!
Jaycee wanted to take some pictures, so here's one of daddy, and grandpa. She took one of Nathan too and she and I, but they didn't work so well.

Baby Alivia

Jaycee and I decided to go visit Alivia today! When we got to the hospital, Grandma Bradford, Lisa, Briley, GramaNa (What Jaycee calls Diana), Crampa (Bob), and Nathan were all there. It was good to see them all! Alivia looked so cute all dressed in her giant jammies, and her cute little blanket that swamped her!!! :o) First picture of the three girls together! Aren't they so cute?!?! And look how big Jaycee & Brooklyn look now that there's a little one around! :o) She finally opened her eyes just before we left, so I captured the moment! After visiting them at the hospital we went to visit daddy at work and then to Grama Connie's to play with all the kids there. On our way, Jaycee had to read "my booooook!" which if you can't tell is just a Kohl's ad. But I thought she was pretty cute just lounging in ther chair flipping through pages! :o) She's pretty funny sometimes! She definitely makes me smile!

Brooklyn's last day as an only child!

Alivia Claire Agnello is here!!! Weighing in at 6 lbs. 3 oz. and 19 1/2 inches long, she arrived about 2:45 pm on March 26, 2010!!! Yay!
Brooklyn came to spend the day with us after spending the night at Grandma and Grandpa's. We had a whole day planned for the girls to play and have fun, and we expected it to be hard on her since she doesn't like to be away from home, besides be away from her mommy or grandma...BUT she did really well. Much better than we had anticipated, and we had a great day together! Jaycee and Brooklyn played for a while with all of Jaycee's toys, and then we went to the store, and then we went to have lunch with Grandma & Grandpa Hatch! It was pretty fun! Grandpa bought us KFC and we had beans, rolls, chips, vegetables, grapes, and potato salad, and of course oatmeal raisin cookies! He always gets tons of food when he has us over, and we are so grateful for his hospitality! The girls enjoyed playing and reading with them, and then Brooklyn even had a nap on Grandma's bed with her while we waited for Alivia to come. Just after she had fallen asleep, we got word that Alivia was here, but we wanted her to still get her nap in, so we waited for a little while before we woke her up to tell her she was a big sister! She was pretty excited about it, though, and couldn't wait to go see "Libia" (as she would say), and "Whivia" as Jaycee would say! :o)
Playing at Great Grandma & Grandpa Hatch's!
I did Jaycee's hair like this, with Brooklyn watching. She wanted me to do hers, so I made them twiners! They thought that was great! They sat and read books for quite a while while waiting...they both LOVE books!
On our way to the hospital...and yes it was SNOWING! More like hailing, but it sure was a weird day weather wise!
Once Brooklyn got used to seeing her mom in the hospital (to her the hospital means you're sick, and they put things in you like IV's that hurt, since she was recently in there with her RSV), she and Jaycee both liked seeing "Baby Whivia." They were pretty cute about it, but got bored in the hospital room fairly quickly!Brooklyn holding Alivia for the first time. The face says it all! Just kidding, she just looked down or something at the wrong time, but she did have a hard time being there. She was pretty nervous and VERY emotional. :o)Family photoBrooklyn's new shirt....'I'm a Big Sister!'Jeff's so funny with newborns! He hates holding them because they are too little, and when Mandy asked him to take her for a minute, he pretended to ignore her, but eventually did. While doing so, he was stiff and looked like he was sitting on the toilet! :o) He's too funny!Ryan is kind of the same way as Jeff...he told Mandy he wouldn't hold her till she was 3 months old, but then gave in and asked if he could!Jaycee holding Alivia for the first time! She was a little nervous/excited to do so. :)And finally it was my turn! I love holding little babies, and I am SOOOOO excited for our baby girl to come along! Three more months!!! :o)
It was a good day though, and the girls had a great time together! We are so excited for Alivia to be a part of this family and she makes us even more excited for our baby girl to get here! :)

GrEeN gReEn GrEeN.....

I love green!!!! St. Patrick's day is one of my favorite days of the year, and not only because it's my birthday, but because I get to see EVERYONE in green around me! It's so bright and fun! I love love love it! Thanks to all who helped me celebrate! It was tons of fun!

We started out the Sunday before having dinner with Ryan's family! Thanks Diana for making that wonderful lemon chicken and sour cream-peach coffee cake! It was yummy!

Then on Wednesday, I had to be late for work because I forgot my driver license expired that day so I had to go renew it.....did I mention I hate doing that??? I had to take a new picture, when the other one was just fine! It's so mean....not to mention, I am fat right now, and I wasn't in the previous picture!!!

I got to work and everyone was all festive in their GREEN!!! Love it! I was able to leave work a half hour early so that Ryan, Jaycee and I could get out to Salt Lake in time for dinner and the Jazz game! That was way fun! Eric, Ryan's boss, has season tickets and gave them to Ryan for Wednesday. Since we don't have money to spend on anything else, we decided that would at least be something fun to do for my birthday. I used some birthday money to buy us dinner at Tuscanos at the Gateway! I wanted to try some place different that we had never been, so I chose Tuscanos, a Brazilian restaurant. It was really good. Kind of pricey, but a fun atmosphere!!! And I will tell you.....Ryan sitting on a fake saddle at Texas Roadhouse was NOTHING compared to what I had to do when he told them it was my birthday! That bum! I had to stand up and shake a tambourine, while the ENTIRE restaurant sang happy birthday to me, and I'm not exaggerating either, the lady yelled to make sure she had everyone's attention before they started singing!! I was so embarrassed. But it was still a fun atmosphere with really good food!

After the embarrassment, we walked to the Arena for the game! Our seats were on the 10th row! We have gone before with Eric's tickets, but never have taken Jaycee. Since it was my birthday and Jaycee loves watching the Jazz games at home with daddy, we decided it would be fun to take her. And we were right, but only for the first & maybe second quarters....hehehe...she got bored pretty fast and then fell asleep on my lap, which was fine, I just didn't want her to be ornery.

Jaycee's first Jazz game!Enjoying the game with daddy! This is how close we were to the court. The teams warming up after halftime.
But before she fell asleep, she was pretty excited to see so many people in one place! Jaycee LOVES people! She is not afraid of strangers, and loves to watch and take everything in! So I would have to say she enjoyed her time there, even if she got a little tired during the event! :) When the players came out on the court, she would say all their names.....daddy has taught her VERY well about the Jazz. Then, the first free throw was being shot right in front of us, and it was Boozer shooting. If you know him, you know he does his practice shot before he actually takes the ball. Anyway, we think Jaycee thought he was waving to her at this time, because she saw it and then said, while waving back, "Hi Booze!" It was pretty darn cute if you ask me! :o) She's so smart and so cute! I love it! I LOVE HER!!! Her most favorite part, though was seeing the Jazz Bear! If anyone asks her if she went to the Jazz game, she will respond with, "and the Jazz Bear!" Too bad he didn't come close enough to take a picture with her....maybe some other time. It was a great day, though! I loved being able to spend time with my family!

Us toward the end of the game after Jaycee had slept for a bit! Notice all the green!! :)

The following Sunday, we celebrated with my family by having dinner and cake and ice cream, of course! We had delicious chicken pot pie, jello and green salad! Thanks mom! It was Natalie's birthday the 20th, so we celebrated both of our birthdays together! It was great fun, although we were missing quite a few family members this time....but we still love you all and just wish you could have been there! :-) The kids all had fun together, even though Ethan seemed a little out of place without the other big boys there to play with, he managed to have fun with the girlie's and Jackson! So so cute!

Cute boys! Ethan happily holding and Jackson. You can't help but laugh a little when my family is singing you happy birthday....if you saw the post last year on our birthdays, you may remember the video of their "purdy" singing skills....that's why you just have to laugh! :o) Blowing out our candles, which together took two full boxes!!! I know, I know, it's mostly my fault, but I definitely did not use them both up on my own! Awwwh, so cute!!! Misti, Kayani, silly Ethan, Stacy & Aubree! Natalie, Jackson, Jack, Me, goofy Ryan (we always have thought Ethan was a lot like Ryan...poor kid!), and Jaycee! Ethan and Benji taking care of the cake! I think they were taking candles off this time, but Ethan put them all on by himself before we all got there! Thanks E! Ryan holding cute Jackson since he is 'big enough' now! ;) They had matching dresses, bought for them before they were even born, just different colors, and they wouldn't stand there long enough to take a picture together...but you can kind of see them both, right?!?!?! :) All the grandkids that were there! Aubree, Ethan, Jackson, Jaycee, & Kayani After getting jammies on, Ethan decided he would show off his break dancing moves! He's really pretty good at it! The girls joined in on the dancing after a while: TOOOOOO MUCH FUN!!!! How can you not get a great big smile on your face after being around all these cute & wonderful children!?!?!

Anyway, thank you all for celebrating with me and all the birthday wishes! I had a GREAT GREEN day! ;o)
